Crypto Prices: Bitcoin Holds Above $111,000, Altcoins Sees Slight Gains

Bitcoin remained above $111,000 on Monday, with altcoins showing slight signs of gain. At the time of writing, the total crypto market cap saw a marginal decline of 0.44 per cent to $3.83 trillion, while the 24-hour trading volume increased by 23.35 per cent to $95.95 billion.

SatLayer SLAY was the most trending cryptocurrency. Its price was up by 10.59 per cent to $0.02949, and its 24-hour trading volume was $43.52 million. Worldcoin WLD was the top gainer. It was up by 20.50 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume was $871.58 million. World Liberty Financial WLFI was the top loser. It was down by 10.92 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume was $1.43 billion.

The DeFi market cap was at $13.19 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Edul Patel, CEO of Mudrex said, “Bitcoin is hovering above $110,000, creating a strong accumulation zone, as exchange balances drop to multi-year lows. Ethereum is showing a similar set-up, with whales accumulating over 218,000 Ethereum in just two days, easing sell-side pressure. While steady accumulation indicates strong investor confidence, it is yet to reflect in price action. If the buyers manage to defend Bitcoin’s price at $110, 000 successfully, a bullish momentum towards $116,000 is likely.”

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin prices increased by 0.31 per cent to $111,003.57. Its 24-hour trading volume was $28.47 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 57.40 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum prices were up by 0.02 per cent to $4,295.62. Its 24-hour trading volume was $20.75 billion. Its market dominance was 14.20 per cent.

Tether (USDT): Tether was trading at $1, same as yesterday. Its 24-hour trading volume was $168.90 billion. It is currently ranked fourth on Coinmarketcap.

Other Altcoins

XRP XRP prices were up by 2.13 per cent to $2.88. Its 24-hour trading volume was $4.55 billion.

Solana SOL prices were up by 1.88 per cent to $206.79. Its 24-hour trading volume was $5.06 billion.

Cardano ADA was trading at $0.8346, up by 1 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $858.99 million.

Avalanche AVAX was trading at $24.66, up by 0.07 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $393.64 million.

Dogecoin DOGE was up by 6.69 per cent, with a 24-hour price of $0.2316.

Shiba Inu SHIBA was up by 1.23 per cent to $0.00001230.

DeFi Coin was down by 17.29 per cent and it was trading at $0.001955.

Yearn Finance was up by 0.34 per cent to $5,227.02, with a 24-hour trading volume of $10.67 million.
