Crypto Prices Today: Bitcoin Holds Above $111,000, Ethereum Stays Over $2,700

Crypto markets saw positive movement on Thursday, with Bitcoin staying above $111,000 and Ethereum trading steadily over $2,700. At the time of writing, the total crypto market cap saw a marginal gain of 2.80 per cent to $3.47 trillion, while the 24-hour trading volume increased by 41.02 per cent to $140.69 billion.

Bitcoin was the most trending cryptocurrency. Its price was up by 2.32 per cent to $111,259.59. Its 24-hour trading volume was $60.75 billion. Elsewhere, Pudgy Penguins PENGU was the top gainer. It was up by 23.48 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was $474.05 million. DeXe DEXE was the top loser, and it was down by 1.20 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume was $10.56 million.

The DeFi market cap was at $36.72 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin prices were up by 2.32 per cent to $111,259.59. Its 24-hour trading volume was $60.75 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 62.60 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum prices were up by 6.26 per cent to $2,790.37. Its 24-hour trading volume was $28.85 billion, and its market dominance was 9.2 per cent.

Tether (USDT): Tether was trading at $1. It was down by 0.06 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $94.56 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
