Bitcoin prices remained steady above the $112,000-mark on Thursday, after a seven-week low, while Ethereum prices fell to $4,500. At the time of writing, the total crypto market cap saw a marginal increase of 0.87 per cent to $3.90 trillion, while the 24-hour trading volume decreased by 3.30 per cent to $172.6 billion.
Solana SOL was the most trending cryptocurrency. Its price was up by 3.45 per cent to 210.06, and its 24-hour trading volume was $11.81 billion. Elsewhere Cronos CRO was the top gainer. It was up by 50.29 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was $2.23 million. Morpho MORPHO was the top loser. It was down by 7.01 per cent, while its 24-hour trading volume was $37.42 million.
The DeFi market cap was at $40.41 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum prices were down by 0.56 per cent to $4,566.63, after crossing $4,900 for the first time earlier in the morning, and its market dominance was 11.08 per cent.
Tether (USDT): Tether was trading at $1, up by 0.01 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $119.24 billion. It is currently ranked fourth on Coinmarketcap.
XRP XRP prices were down by 0.40 per cent to $2.99. Its 24-hour trading volume was $6.52 billion.
Solana prices were up by 3.45 per cent to $210.06. Its 24-hour trading volume was $11.81 billion.
Cardano ADA was trading at $0.8672, up by 0.27 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.34 billion.
Avalanche AVAX was trading at $24.69, up by 0.72 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $864.95 million.
