Crypto Prices Today: Bitcoin Steady Around $106,000; Ethereum Trades at $2,500

Bitcoin hovered around the $106,000-mark on Sunday, June 15, 2025, finally showing signs of stabilisation after a recent decline triggered by geopolitical tensions. Ethereum also saw a mild recovery, and was trading near the $2,500-mark. At the time of writing, the total crypto market capitalisation saw a marginal gain of 0.28 per cent to $3.29 trillion, while the 24-hour trading volume declined by 37.11 per cent to $76.48 billion.

AB AB was the most trending cryptocurrency as well as the top gainer. Its price was up by 22.81 per cent to $0.01525. Its 24-hour trading volume was $401.98 million. Elsewhere, Kaspa KAS was the top loser. It was down by 4.71 per cent, and its 24-hour trading volume was $59.45 million.

The DeFi market cap was at $29.19 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin prices were up by 0.58 per cent to $106,028.15. Its 24-hour trading volume was $34.25 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 62.60 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum prices were down by 0.19 per cent to $2,546.97. Its 24-hour trading volume was $12.63 billion, and its market dominance was 9.30 per cent.

Tether (USDT): Tether was trading at $1. It was up by 0.02 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $44.64 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
