The subscription window of Ardee Industries’ initial public offering (IPO) is set to close on August 7. After witnessing robust demand on the first day of bidding, Ardee Industries IPO has been booked over nine times on the second day of subscription.

The grey market premium (GMP) for the company’s shares also hints at a positive debut for the stock. Here is a look at some of the key details related to the public issue:

The grey market premium for Ardee Industries’ shares hovered around Rs 14 per share on the second day of bidding, according to websites which track the demand for shares of unlisted companies. Ardee Industries shares are expected to make a healthy debut with gains of around 26.42 per cent at Rs 67 per share.

Ardee Industries IPO Subscription

On the second day of subscription, the IPO was booked 9.86 times across investor categories. Cumulatively, the issue received bids for 576.30 million shares compared to the 58.42 million shares set aside for the categories. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) applied for 19.53 million shares compared to the 16.43 million shares set aside for the category, booking their quota 1.19 times.

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) applied for 248.83 million shares compared to the 12.59 million shares set aside for them, leading to the issue being booked 19.75 times. Retail individual investors drove the demand for the company’s shares as they booked their quota 10.48 times, applying for 307.93 million shares against the 29.39 million shares set aside for the category.

Ardee Industries IPO Issue Size

Ardee Industries seeks to raise Rs 425.87 crore from its public issue, which includes a fresh issue of 60.04 million shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 20 million shares.

The price band was set between Rs 50 and Rs 53 per share. The minimum lot size for retail individual investors was set at 281 shares, which amounts to an investment of Rs 14,893.

Ardee Industries IPO: Subscription Dates and Listing Date

The Ardee Industries IPO subscription window opened on August 5 and will close on August 7. The basis of allotment will be announced on August 10. Ardee Industries will issue refunds for unsuccessful applicants on August 11. The shares are scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 12.

Ardee Industries posted a total income of Rs 1,168.88 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, up by over 57 per cent compared to Rs 743.53 crore in the preceding fiscal. The company reported a net profit of Rs 84.68 crore in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, up by over 154 per cent from a profit of Rs 33.27 crore in the preceding fiscal. The company’s net worth stood at Rs 147.38 crore in FY26, up by 135.43 per cent from Rs 62.60 crore in the preceding fiscal.

Kfin Technologies is the registrar and Pantomath Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager to the issue.

Ardee Industries: Promoters

The promoters of the company include Esha Gupta, Nikunj Aggarwal, and Sandeep Aggarwal. They hold a 91.48 per cent stake in the company, which will reduce to 67.62 per cent after the issue.
