Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals had resumed for all 15 networks and assets covered in the initial phase.

In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the exchange said it had processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on November 1. This resulted in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion.

The exchange said, “This represents 2.10 per cent of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM), based on the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026.”

The exchange said withdrawal volumes had declined after an initial spike and were stabilising, while deposit volumes remained substantial. It also said a new PoR snapshot had been taken on October 31, 2026 with zero-knowledge proof computation underway.

Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao, popularly known as CZ, said in a separate post that the net outflow stood at 2.10 per cent 12 hours after withdrawals resumed, with most of it occurring during the first couple of hours. CZ said that 98 per cent of users chose to stay with the exchange. CZ added: “Trust isn’t earned by what you say in good times. It’s earned by what you do in hard times.”

In a subsequent withdrawal update, Binance listed 15 networks across which withdrawals had been re-enabled. These included Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB Smart Chain (BSC), XRP, Base, Dogecoin (DOGE), Optimism (OP), Arbitrum, Tron (TRX), Solana (SOL), Polygon (MATIC), Avalanche C-Chain (AVAXC), Zcash (ZEC), TON and Sui (SUI).
