Amanta Healthcare's promoters held 85.6 per cent stake in the company before the public issue. The promoters which include Bhavesh Patel, Vishal Patel, Jayshreeben Patel, Jitendra Kumar Patel and Milcent Appliances Private Ltd will reduce their stake to 63.56 per cent post-IPO.

Amanta Healthcare will use the funds raised via the initial public offering to undertake civil construction work and acquire equipment, plant, and machinery to establish a new manufacturing line for its product, SteriPort, and a separate manufacturing line for SVP.
