The basis of share allotment for PhysicsWallah and Emmvee Photovoltaic Power’s initial public offerings (IPOs) is expected to be finalised on November 14. Investors who had applied for these IPOs can check their allotment status on the official websites of National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and their respective registrars. MUFG Intime is the registrar of PhysicsWallah IPO and KFin Technologies is the registrar of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO.

Both the IPOs were available for subscription from November 11-13, and were fully booked by the final day.

The PhysicsWallah IPO received an overall subscription of 1.81 times the shares on offer. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) booked the issue 2.70 times their reserved quota, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category remained incomplete, receiving only 0.48 times the booking. Retail investors subscribed 1.06 times the shares reserved for them.

Employees of the edtech platform, who were offered shares at a discount of Rs 10 to the issue price of Rs 103-109, subscribed the issue 3.49 times.

Emmvee Photovoltaic received an overall subscription of 1.02 times the shares on offer. QIBs booked the issue 1.26 times, NIIs subscribed 0.30 times, while the retail investor category saw 1.10 times subscription.

PhysicsWallah, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO GMP Today

The grey market premium (GMP) of both the companies’ shares are showing a weak trend. As of November 14, PhysicsWallah IPO GMP stood at Rs 3 over the issue price, which translates to a potential listing gain of 2.75 per cent.

On the other hand, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO GMP was last quoted at nil.
