Titan Share Price Surges Nearly 5 Per Cent Following Robust Q4 FY25 Performance

Titan Share Price: Shares of Titan surged nearly 5 per cent to trade at Rs 3,530 apiece on the NSE in early trade on May 9. The stock surged after the Tata Group company’s top-line and bottom-line improved in the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

Titan Q4 FY25 Results

Titan Ltd informed the exchanges about its financial results for the quarter and fiscal ended March 31, 2025, on May 8. The company’s consolidated total income for the March quarter of FY25 increased by nearly 19 per cent to Rs 15,032 crore compared to Rs 12,653 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. Titan’s consolidated profit-after-tax grew by nearly 13 per cent to Rs 871 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25 from Rs 771 crore in the March quarter of FY24.

Titan’s total income for the fourth of FY 2024-25 fell by nearly 16 per cent from Rs 17,868 crore in the third quarter of FY 2024-25. The Tata Group company’s profit-after-tax for the March quarter of FY25 fell by over 12 per cent from Rs 1,396 crore in the December quarter of FY25.

Titan’s consolidated Earnings before Interest & Tax (EBIT) increased by over 23 per cent to Rs 1,470 crore in Q4FY25 compared to Rs 1,192 crore. The company’s EBIT margin for Q4FY25 increased by 8 basis points to 10.5 per cent compared to 10.4 per cent in Q4FY24.

Titan FY 2024-25 Results

Titan’s consolidated total income for FY 2024-25 grew by 18 per cent to Rs 60,942 crore compared to Rs 51,617 crore in FY 2023-24. Titan’s consolidated profit-after-tax also fell by over 4 per cent to Rs 3,337 crore in FY25 compared to Rs 3,496 crore in FY24.Titan’s consolidated EBIT grew by nearly 5 per cent to Rs 5,488 crore in FY25 compared to Rs 5,242 crore in FY24. The Tata Group company’s EBIT margin for FY25 fell by 154 basis points to 9.5 per cent from 11 per cent in FY24.
