Trident Share Price Gains Nearly 11 Per Cent In Three Session Gaining Streak - Know Why

Trident Ltd announced its financial results for the June quarter of FY26 on July 25. The stock gained after the company posted strong bottom-line growth in the June quarter.

Trident share price surged nearly 7 per cent to hit an intraday high of Rs 33.66 apiece on the NSE. The stock has extended gains for three straight sessions and has surged nearly 11 per cent. Trident shares have gained after the company posted its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Trident Q1 Results

Trident Ltd announced its financial results for the June quarter of FY26 on July 25. The stock gained after the company posted strong bottom-line growth in the June quarter. Trident’s net profit after tax grew by nearly 90 per cent to Rs 139.96 crore in the June quarter of FY 2025-26 compared to Rs 73.89 crore in the June quarter of FY 2024-25. Sequentially, the company’s profit after tax increased by nearly 5 per cent from Rs 133.42 crore in the March quarter of FY25.

Trident’s consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, declined by 2 per cent to Rs 1706.9 crore compared to Rs 1742.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Trident’s consolidated revenue from operations fell by over 8 per cent from Rs 1864.3 crore in the prior fiscal.

Trident’s Earnings Before Interest Taxes Depreciation and Amortisation (Ebitda) surged by 29.3 per cent to Rs 291 crore in the quarter under review. and its operating margin expanded to 17 per cent from 12.9 per cent in the same period last year.

Trident Ltd also informed the exchanges about its fundraise plans on July 25. The company mentioned in a filing that its board of directors has approved the raising of funds to the tune of Rs 500 crore by issuing Non-Convertible Debentures through a public or private offering. The NCDs will be issued in one or more tranches, the board has also recommended enabling a resolution for the approval of shareholders.

In the last six months shares of Trident have climbed more than 4 per cent, in the past one month the company’s stock has gained nearly 9 per cent. In the last five days shares of Trident have gained nearly 3 per cent.

At the time of writing shares of Trident Ltd traded higher by 4.95 per cent on the NSE at Rs 33.09 apiece.
