In the upcoming week three mainboard public issues will open for subscription, these include Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO, PhysicsWallah IPO and Tenneco Clean Air India IPO.

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO

The initial public offer of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power will open for subscription on November 11 and close on November 13. Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO is worth Rs 2,900 crore. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 98.8 million shares amounting to Rs 2,143.86 crore and an offer for sale of 34.8 million shares aggregating to Rs 756.14 crore.

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO’s issue price has been fixed at Rs 206 to Rs 217 per share. Retail investors can bid for the solar photovoltaic module manufacturer’s public issue by applying for a minimum of 69 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,973. The share allotment status of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO will be finalised on November 14. Shares of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power IPO will be listed on the NSE and BSE. The tentative IPO listing date is November 18.

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd was incorporated in March 2007. The company operates as an integrated solar PV module and cell manufacturer. The company manufactures bifacial and mono-facial TOPCon modules and cells, and Mono PERC modules.

PhysicsWallah IPO

PhysicsWallah IPO subscription window will remain open from November 11 to November 13. PhysicsWallah plans to raise Rs 3480 crore via its public issue. PhysicsWallah IPO consists of a fresh issue of 284.4 million shares aggregating to Rs 3,100 crore and an offer for sale of 34.9 million shares aggregating to Rs 380 crore.

PhysicsWallah IPO price band was fixed at Rs 103 to Rs 109 per share. Retail investors can apply for the public issue by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 137 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,933.

The share allotment status of PhysicsWallah’ public issue is likely to be finalised on November 14. Shares of the edtech company will list on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date is November 18. PhysicsWallah Ltd is an edtech company which offers test preparation courses for examinations such as JEE, NEET and UPSC.

Tenneco Clean Air India IPO

The initial public offer of Tenneco Clean Air India will open for subscription on November 12 and close on November 14. Tenneco Clean Air India IPO is worth Rs 3,600 crore, the mainboard issue consists of an offer-for-sale of 90.7 million shares.

Tenneco Clean Air India IPO’s issue price has been fixed at Rs 378 to Rs 397 per share. Retail investors can bid for the automotive component maker’s public issue by applying for at least 111 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,985. The share allotment status of Tenneco Clean Air India IPO will be finalised on November 17. Shares of Tenneco Clean Air India IPO will be listed on the NSE and BSE. The tentative IPO listing date is November 19.

Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd is a subsidiary of Tenneco Inc., a company engaged in designing and manufacturing clean air and powertrain products for automotive applications. Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd focuses on emission control technologies for both light and commercial vehicles.

Workmates Core2Cloud Ltd. seeks to generate Rs 69.84 crore via its public issue. Workmates Core2Cloud IPO comprises a fresh issuance of 2.9 million shares amounting to Rs 59.34 crore and an offer for sale of 5 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 10.5 crore

Workmates Core2Cloud IPO price band was set between Rs 200 to Rs 204 per share. Shares of the cloud solutions provider will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date has been fixed as November 18.

Mahamaya Lifesciences IPO

Mahamaya Lifesciences IPO ( Mahamaya Lifesciences Ltd) subscription window will remain open from November 11 to November 13. Mahamaya Lifesciences seeks to generate Rs 70.44 crore via its public issue. Mahamaya Lifesciences IPO comprises a fresh issue of 5.6 million shares aggregating to Rs 64.28 crore and an offer for sale of 5 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 6.16 crore.

Mahamaya Lifesciences IPO price band was set between Rs 108 to Rs 114 per share. Shares of the crop protection products maker will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date has been fixed as November 18.
