Amanta Healthcare IPO

The initial public offer of Amanta Healthcare will open for subscription on September 1 and close on September 3. Amanta Healthcare IPO is worth Rs 126 crore and consists of a fresh issuance of 10 million shares.

Amanta Healthcare IPO’s issue price has been fixed at Rs 120 to Rs 126 per share. Retail individual investors can apply for Amanta Healthcare IPO by placing bids for at least 164 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,994.

The share allotment status of Amanta Healthcare IPO will be finalised on September 4. Shares of Amanta Healthcare IPO will be listed on the NSE and BSE. The tentative IPO listing date is September 9. Amanta Healthcare Ltd develops, manufactures and markets sterile liquid products and medical devices.

7 SME Issues To Open Next Week

The initial public offerings of 7 SME companies are set to open for subscription in the week starting September 1:

Rachit Prints Ltd. IPO

Rachit Prints Ltd. IPO (Rachit Prints Ltd IPO) subscription window will remain open from September 1 to September 3. Rachit Prints Ltd. seeks to generate Rs 19.49 crore via its public issue. Rachit Prints IPO comprises a  fresh issuance of 1.3 million shares. Rachit Prints IPO price band was set between Rs 140 to Rs 149 per share.  Shares of the speciality fabrics maker will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date has been fixed as September 8.

Goel Construction Co Ltd IPO

Goel Construction Co IPO bidding window will remain open from September 2 to September 4. Goel Construction Co IPO is worth Rs 99.77 crore. The engineering and construction company’s public issue comprises a fresh issue of 3.1 million shares worth Rs 80.81 crore and 7 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 18.96 crore.

Goel Construction Co IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 249 to Rs 262 per share. Shares of  Goel Construction Co Ltd will list on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date is September 10.

Optivalue Tek Consulting Ltd IPO

Optivalue Tek Consulting IPO’s bidding window will remain open from September 2 to September 4. Optivalue Tek Consulting Ltd aims to raise Rs 51.82 crore via its public issue. The SME issue consists of a completely fresh issue of 6.2 million shares. Optivalue Tek Consulting IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 80 to Rs 84 per share.  Shares of Optivalue Tek Consulting Ltd will be listed on the NSE SME platform with the tentative listing date set as September 10.

Austere Systems IPO

Austere Systems IPO (Austere Systems Ltd IPO) bidding window will remain open from September 3 to September 8. Austere Systems IPO is worth Rs 15.57  crore and consists of a fresh issuance of 2.8 million shares. Austere Systems IPO’s issue price was fixed at Rs 52 to Rs 55 per share. Sharvaya Metals aims to raise Rs 58.8 crore via its public issue through a fresh issue of 2.5 million shares aggregating to Rs 49 crore and an offer for sale of 5 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 9.8 crore.

Sharvaya Metals IPO price band was fixed at Rs 192 to Rs 196 per share.  Sharvaya Metals shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date has been fixed as September 12.

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion IPO

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion IPO (Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd) bidding window will be open from September 5 to September 10. Vashishtha Luxury Fashion plans to raise Rs 8.87 crore via its public issue. Vashishtha Luxury Fashion  IPO consists of a fresh issuance of 8 lakh shares.

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion  IPO price band was fixed at Rs 109 to Rs 111 per share.  Shares of Vashishtha Luxury Fashion will be listed on the BSE SME platform. Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd shares are slated to make their D-street debut on September 15.
