VMS TMT IPO Opens On September 17 - Know Issue Size, Price Band, Latest GMP And Other Key Details

VMS TMT’s initial public offering (IPO) is scheduled to open for public subscription on September 17 and will close on September 19. The public issue is already garnering strong interest in the grey market, according to websites tracking grey market premiums (GMP) of unlisted shares of IPO-bound companies.

Issue Size: VMS TMT IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 148.50 crore, comprising entirely of a fresh issue of 15 million equity shares.

Price band: Rs 94–99 per share

Lot size: 150 shares

Minimum investment: Rs 14,850

Allotment Date: September 22, 2025

Listing Date: September 24, 2025, on BSE and NSE

QIB allocation: Not more than 30 per cent of the issue.

Retail allocation: Not less than 50 per cent of the issue.

NII allocation: Not less than 20 per cent of the issue.

VMS TMT IPO GMP Today

The VMS TMT IPO's grey market premium (GMP) jumped 15 per cent over the last two days.

According to websites tracking grey market activities, the IPO, as of September 16, is commanding a GMP of Rs 23 over the issue price, up from around Rs 20 per share on September 14.

VMS TMT IPO Expected Listing Price

Based on the current GMP, VMS TMT IPO shares are expected to list around Rs 122 per share, a premium of 23.23 per cent.

It is worth noting that while GMPs indicate investor interest, they do not guarantee the price at which the shares will list on the stock exchanges.

VMS TMT Financials

VMS TMT reported a revenue at Rs 771.41 crore in FY25, down from Rs 837.17 crore in FY24, and Rs 882.06 crore in FY23.

Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at Rs 15.42 crore, up from Rs 13.47 crore in FY24 and Rs 4.20 crore in FY23.

Its earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) for FY25 was Rs 45.53 crore, up from Rs 41.20 crore in FY24, and Rs 21.91 crore in FY23.

The company reported its net worth at Rs 81.77 crore, as of the end of June quarter of this fiscal year.
