Waaree Renewables Share Price Surges Nearly 30% As Stock Extends Gains For Second Straight Day

Waaree Renewables share price gained over 10 per cent to trade at an intraday high of Rs 1146.7 apiece on the NSE. Shares of Waaree Renewables have extended gains for the second straight day, in the last two sessions the stock has gained over 30 per cent.

Why is Waaree Renewables Share Price Gaining

Shares of Waaree Renewables gained after the company informed the exchanges that it will soon announce its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company mentioned in an exchange filing that it has scheduled a conference call on July 18. Notably the company is set to announce its financial results on July 17.

“With regard to the captioned subject and in compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Conference Call is being scheduled on Friday, July 18, 2025, at 02:30 P.M (IST) to discuss the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025,” the company said in an exchange filing.

Ahead of the announcement of the financial results the company’s shares saw strong buyer interest with 80.32 lakh shares of the company changing hands. The traded volume of the stock also stood at Rs 983.7 crore indicating strong investor interest in the scrip.

As of March 31, 2025, the promoters of Waaree Renewables held  74.4 per cent stake in the company and foreign institutional investors (FIIs) held 1.1 per cent stake in the company. Rest of the stake (24.5 per cent) was held by other investors.

The company has also said that the window for trading shares of the company by designated persons will be closed to comply with Sebi’s norms. The trading window will remain closed from July 1 to June 30 for the designated persons of Waaree Renewable Technologies.

“The trading window for the company’s securities will be closed from July 1, 2025, for directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons. It will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited June 30 results are declared,” the company said in an exchange filing dated June 27.

Waaree Renewables Q4FY25 Results

In the March quarter of FY 2024-25, Waaree Renewable Technologies consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 476.58 crore increasing 74.37 per cent compared to Rs 273.31 crore in the March quarter of FY 2023-24. For the full fiscal ended March 31, 2025 the renewable energy company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,597.75 crore increasing 82.29 per cent from Rs 876.5 crore in the fiscal ended March 31, 2024.

The consolidated profit-after-tax of the company for Q4FY25 stood at Rs 93.77 increasing 82.73 per cent compared to Rs 51.31 crore from the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. The consolidated profit-after-tax of the company for FY25 stood at Rs 228.92 crore growing 57.64  per cent from Rs 145.22 crore in FY24.

Waaree Renewable Technologies shares have surged 25 per cent on the NSE in the last one month. In the last five days the stock has climbed over 26 per cent. In the last one year the stock has climbed 2 per cent.
