Upcoming IPOs This Week: 1 Mainboard, 2 SME Issues Scheduled To Open, 7 Stocks To Make D-Street Debut

Upcoming IPO: The secondary market is trading under pressure amid US President Donald Trump’s trade policy moves. Even as the headline indices extended losses for the third continuous day on July 11, 2025, the activity in the primary market remained robust. Notably, the Nifty ended at 25,149.85, down by 0.81 per cent, and the Sensex closed at 82,500.47, down by 0.83 per cent.

In the coming week, three public issues are likely to open for subscription. On the other hand, shares of seven companies are set to list on the exchanges between July 14 and July 18. Here’s a look at all the primary market activity which is slated to happen this week:

Anthem Biosciences IPO

The bidding window of Anthem Biosciences’ initial public offering (IPO) is slated to open on July 14 and close on July 16. The pharmaceutical company seeks to raise Rs 3,395 crore by conducting an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 59.60 million shares. The price band for the pharmaceutical company’s public issue was fixed at Rs 540-570 apiece. 

Retail investors can apply for Anthem Biosciences’ IPO by bidding for a minimum of one lot consisting of 26 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 14,040. Anthem Biosciences shares are expected to debut on the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date for Anthem Biosciences Ltd is July 21.

Anthem Biosciences operates as a contract research, development, and manufacturing organisation (CRDMO). The company is engaged in helping companies with drug discovery, development and other manufacturing processes.

Spunweb Nonwoven IPO

Spunweb Nonwoven’s IPO is scheduled to remain open for subscription from July 14-16. The non-woven fabric manufacturer plans to raise Rs 60.98 crore through a completely fresh issue of 6.35 million shares. The price band for the SME issue was set at Rs 90-96 per share. Retail investors can apply for the Spunweb Nonwoven IPO by placing bids for a minimum lot size of 1,200 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 2.16 lakh. Shares of Spunweb Nonwoven will list on the NSE SME platform tentatively on July 21.

Spunweb Nonwoven makes and supplies non-woven fabrics. The products made by Spunweb Nonwoven are used for manufacturing doormats, bags, carpets, and tarpaulins.

Monika Alcobev IPO

Monika Alcobev’s IPO bidding window will open on July 16 and close on July 18. Monika Alcobev seeks to raise Rs 153.68 crore through a completely fresh issuance of 4.79 million shares and an OFS in which the promoters of the company will pare one million shares amounting to Rs 28.6 crore.

Monika Alcobev IPO’s price band has been fixed at Rs 271-286 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum lot size of 800 shares, which aggregates to an investment of Rs 2,16,800 . Shares of Monika Alcobev are slated to list on the BSE SME platform on July 23.

Monika Alcobev was incorporated in 2015. The company operates as an importer and distributor of luxury alcoholic beverages including spirits, wines, and liqueurs.

D-Street Debuts This Week

Shares of Chemkart India and Smarten Power Systems will list on the BSE SME and NSE SME platforms, respectively, on July 14. Shares of Travel Food Services will also make their debut on the NSE and BSE on July 14.

Shares of GLEN Industries are expected to make their debut on the BSE SME platform on July 15, followed by shares of Asston Pharmaceuticals which will make their debut on the BSE SME platform on July 16. Smartworks Coworking Spaces’ shares are slated to list on the NSE and BSE on July 17.
