Upcoming IPOs This Week: Vikram Solar, Shreeji Shipping Among 5 Mainboard, 3 SME Issues To Open

August has already witnessed several big-ticket initial public offerings (IPOs), including National Securities Depository Limited's Rs 4,011 crore issue, JSW Cement's Rs 3,600 crore issue and BlueStone Jewellery's Rs 1,540 crore IPO.

The momentum is set to continue in the coming week, from August 18 to 22, with five mainboard IPOs and three SME issues lined up for public subscription.

Mainboard IPOs

From the mainboard space, Shreeji Shipping Global, Gem Aromatics, Vikram Solar, Patel Retail and Mangal Electrical Industries will be opening their IPOs for public subscription.

Shreeji Shipping Global IPO

Shreeji Shipping Global's Rs 410.71 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 1.63 crore shares. The IPO will open on August 19, 2025, and close on August 21, 2025. Allotment is expected on August 22, and listing is scheduled for August 26 on the BSE and NSE.

The price band is fixed at Rs 240 to Rs 252 per share. One lot has 58 shares and requires a minimum investment of Rs 13,920 for retail investors.

Gem Aromatics IPO

Gem Aromatics' Rs 451.25 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 54 lakh shares worth Rs 175 crore and an offer for sale of 85 lakh shares worth Rs 276.25 crore.

The IPO will open on August 19 and close on August 21, 2025. Allotment is expected on August 22, with listing scheduled for August 26 on the BSE and NSE.

The price band is fixed at Rs 309 to Rs 325 per share. One lot has 46 shares, requiring a minimum retail investment of Rs 14,214.

Vikram Solar IPO

Vikram Solar's Rs 2,079.37 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 4.52 crore shares worth Rs 1,500 crore and an offer for sale of 1.75 crore shares worth Rs 579.37 crore.

The IPO will open on August 19 and close on August 21, 2025. Allotment is expected on August 22, and listing is scheduled for August 26 on the BSE and NSE.

The price band is fixed at Rs 315 to Rs 332 per share. One lot has 45 shares and requires a minimum investment of Rs 14,175 by retail investors.

Patel Retail IPO

Patel Retail's Rs 242.76 crore IPO consists of a fresh issue of 85 lakh shares worth Rs 217.21 crore and an offer for sale of 10 lakh shares worth Rs 25.55 crore.

The IPO will open on August 19 and close on August 21, 2025. Allotment is expected on August 22, and shares will debut on August 26 on the BSE and NSE.

The price band is fixed at Rs 237 to Rs 255 per share. One lot has 58 shares and requires a minimum retail investment of Rs 13,746.

Mangal Electrical IPO

Mangal Electrical is coming out with a Rs 400 crore IPO, which is entirely a fresh issue of 71 lakh shares.

The IPO will open on August 20 and close on August 22, 2025. Allotment is expected on August 25, and listing is scheduled for August 28 on the BSE and NSE.

The price band is set at Rs 533 to Rs 561 per share. One lot has 26 shares and requires a minimum retail investment of Rs 13,858.

SME IPOs

In the SME space, Studio LSD's Rs 74.25-crore IPO will be available for public subscription from August 18 to August 20, LGT Business Connextions' Rs 28.09-crore IPO will be open from August 19 to August 21, and Classic Electrodes' Rs 41.51-crore IPO from August 22 to August 26.

IPO Listings To Watch This Week

From the mainboard space, Knowledge Realty Trust REIT will list on August 18, BlueStone Jewellery on August 19, and Regaal Resources on August 20.

In the SME segment, ANB Metal Cast, Medistep Healthcare, and Star Imaging & Path Lab will list on August 18, Icodex Publishing Solutions on August 19, and Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure on August 20.
