Rising property prices, a sweeping infrastructure push and the emergence of Jewar as a new economic node are positioning the Noida–Greater Noida belt as one of the NCR’s most significant growth corridors.
The change is already showing up in property values. According to Anarock, average residential prices in Noida increased by 125 per cent between 2019 and Q2 2026, from Rs 4,795 per sq ft to Rs 10,780 per sq ft.
As these infrastructural milestones come to life, Noida–Greater Noida is moving from an affordability-led housing market towards a more integrated urban and economic corridor.
