The company's market capitalisation stood at Rs 510.71 crore after listing, and 2.09 lakh shares of the company changed hands.

Annu Projects IPO: Offer Size

The initial public offering (IPO) was a book-built issue worth Rs 175.06 crore and consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 17.70 million shares. The price band for the public issue was fixed at Rs 94 to Rs 99 per share. The minimum lot size for retail investors was fixed at 151 shares, aggregating to an investment of Rs 14,949.

Annu Projects IPO: Subscription

Annu Projects’ public issue saw modest demand and was oversubscribed 2.93 times during its subscription period from August 25 to 28. Investors across categories placed bids for 51.84 million shares compared to the net offer size of 17.68 million shares available.

Non institutional investors (NIIs) booked their quota in the IPO 3.55 times. Retail investors booked their quota 2.68 times, while the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) quota was subscribed 1.72 times.

Annu Projects: Promoters

The promoters of the company diluted a portion of their stakes through the fresh issue. Following the listing of the stock, the promoter shareholding reduced to 65.06 per cent after the stock listed from 89.11 per cent prior to the public issue.

Annu Projects operates within a highly competitive engineering, procurement, and construction market focusing on underground and overhead utilities infrastructure. Following the listing of its shares, Annu Projects shares will compete with its listed peers such as Likhitha Infrastructure, Bondada Engineering, EMS and Suyog Telematics.

Annu Projects IPO: Objective

The company will use Rs 115 crore from the fresh issue for funding the working capital requirements, and will use Rs 15.41 crore for the purchase of machinery or equipment, with the remaining proceeds allocated for general corporate purposes and issue expenses.
