The Indian stock market remained shut on three days – April 12-14, 2025. However, it is expected to see hectic activity on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, after the opening session.

Companies are gearing up to post their fourth quarter earnings. Additionally, various companies will be announcing their corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits and rights issues on the D-Street in the coming days.

Here is a list of anticipated corporate actions this week:

Crisil Dividend Payout

Crisil is rewarding its shareholders with a final dividend amount of Rs 26 per share. The company has set the record date to be April 14, 2025. Investors who had the Crisil shares on or before this date will be eligible to receive the dividend payout.

Hexaware’s Interim Dividend

IT company Hexaware Technologies has announced an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per share. The company has set the ex-date and record date on April 15, 2025.

Mazagon Dock’s Defence Dividend

Mazagon Dock, a public sector undertaking (PSU), and also part of the Navratna stocks, has announced an interim dividend of Rs 3. The company has set the date for the ex-dividend on April 16, according to an exchange filing.

Stock Splits This Week

Kapil Raj Finance and Akme Fintrade (India) are expected to announce a 1:10 stock split. While Kapil Raj has set the key date to be April 15, Akme’s ex-date is on April 17, with the record date to be on April 18, according to an exchange filing.

Sanofi’s Mega Payout

Sanofi’s Consumer Healthcare India has announced a dividend of Rs 55 per equity. The company has set the ex-date and record date to be April 17.

Additionally, around eight companies, including Energy Infrastructure Trust, Quess Corp, Remedium Lifecare, Garment Mantra Lifestyle, Rushabh Precision Bearings, Tirupati Tyres, and Onesource Industries and Ventures, have lined up for rights issues, spin-offs, or income distributions, while each has April 15 or 17 as key record and ex-dates.

Meanwhile, major conglomerates, such as Wipro, Infosys, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank will be announcing their Q4 FY25 results this week, and are expected to declare dividends, as well.
