The brewer's board proposed a dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (face value Rs 1) for the year ending March 31, 2025. If ratified at the upcoming AGM, the payment is scheduled to be made on or before September 4, 2025. Tata Chemicals Ltd
A dividend of Rs 11 per share, or 110 per cent on the face value, was recommended by Tata Chemicals after its board meeting. The company clarified that, subject to shareholder approval during the 86th AGM, the payout will be processed within five days post-meeting, after applicable tax deductions. Tata Chemicals share price was trading in the green, up 0.23 per cent at Rs 828.20, on May 8 at 12:28 pm, on BSE.

Sonata Software Ltd
Sonata's board recommended a final dividend of Rs 4.40 per equity share (440 per cent of the par value of Re 1) for FY25. The final dividend is contingent on shareholder approval at the 86th AGM and will be paid within five days of the meeting, with taxes deducted at source. Sonata Software share price was trading in the green, up 0.72 per cent at Rs 399.70, on May 8, at 12:30 pm.

Symphony also declared a final dividend of Rs 8 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each. The dividend is to be approved at the upcoming AGM. Symphony's share price was up 9.19 per cent at Rs 1303 on May 8, at 12:31 pm, on BSE.
