On December 23, Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing will begin for its IPO which will end on December 26. The company plans to raise Rs 500 crore by offering a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale. The fresh issue will contribute Rs 250 crore, while the remaining Rs 250 crore will be raised via the OFS.
The initial public offering (IPO) pricing range is Rs 745 to Rs 785 per share, and investors must bid in lots of 19. Allotments will be finalised on December 27, with the stock expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on December 31. Anand Rathi Securities and Equirus Capital are managing the issue, with Kfin Technologies serving as the registrar.
Solar91 Cleantech IPO
Solar91 Cleantech, an SME IPO, will open for subscription on December 24 and close on December 27. The company aims to raise Rs 106 crore by issuing 54.36 lakh fresh shares. The price band for the shares is set between Rs 185 and Rs 195.
The funds raised will be used for expanding solar project development through investments in subsidiaries, covering working capital requirements, and other general corporate purposes. The BSE SME platform will list on January 1, 2025, and allocation is expected to take place on December 30. Narnolia Financial Services will be the lead manager for this IPO, while Maashitla Securities will handle the registrar's duties.
Anya Polytech IPO
The Anya Polytech IPO, also an SME offering, is scheduled to open on December 26 and close on December 30. The company is looking to raise Rs 44.80 crore through the issue of 3.20 crore fresh shares. The IPO price band is between Rs 13 and Rs 14 per share.
On December 31, the share allocation is anticipated to be completed and on January 2, 2025, the company will list on the NSE SME platform. Beeline Capital Advisors is managing the IPO, with Skyline Financial Services serving as the registrar.
