Shares of SRIT India made their debut in the stock market on October 6, 2026, with a premium of nearly 14 per cent over the upper end of the price band.
On the BSE the shares were listed at an estimated Rs 139.8 per share, with a premium of 7.53 per cent above the upper end of the price band of Rs 130. On the NSE, the stock listed at Rs 148 per share up by 13.84 per cent compared to the issue price.

Applicants who were successfully allotted a minimum of one lot or 115 shares of SRIT India would have made a profit of around Rs 2,070 [(Rs 148 - Rs 130) x 115] after the stock listed on the exchanges. The company’s market capitalisation stood at an estimated Rs 996.53 crore after listing.
SRIT India IPO: Offer Size
The initial public offering (IPO) of SRIT India was a book-built issue worth Rs 218.40 crore and consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 16.80 million shares worth Rs 218.40 crore.
The price band for the public issue was fixed at Rs 123-130 per share. The minimum lot size for retail investors was fixed at 115 shares, aggregating to an investment of Rs 14,950.
SRIT India IPO: Subscription
The IPO saw strong demand and was oversubscribed 125.16 times during its subscription period. Investors across categories placed bids for 1,471.89 million shares compared to the total offer size of 11.76 million shares available.
Non-institutional investors (NIIs) booked their quota in the IPO, 312.99 times. In this category, 2.52 million shares were offered, and bids were received for 788.74 million shares.
Retail individual investors (RIIs) booked their quota 63.70 times. In this category, RIIs placed bids for 374.58 million shares against the 5.88 million shares offered. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) quota was subscribed 91.84 times. QIBs submitted bids for 308.57 million shares against the 3.36 million shares offered.
SRIT India: Promoters
The promoters of the company, Nambiar Raghavan Madhusoodan, Prasaktha Vakkiyl Nambiar, and Martin Poovakkulam Chacko, diluted a portion of their stakes. Following the listing of the stock, the promoter shareholding reduced to 62.71 per cent, down from 84.91 per cent prior to the public issue.

SRIT India IPO: Objective
The company will use the proceeds from the fresh issue for funding capital expenditure requirements towards the modernisation of existing products, the funding of working capital requirements, and will allocate the remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes.
