The primary market will stay abuzz next week, during August 10-14, with five mainboard initial public offerings (IPOs) and four small and medium enterprise (SME) issues set to open for public bidding. The week will also see five SME debuts, and mainboard listings from Ardee Industries, Technocraft Ventures, and LEAP India.
Here’s a look at the IPOs opening, allotment dates, and listings to watch out for next week.
Molbio Diagnostics IPO
The Molbio Diagnostics IPO is a Rs 939.70 crore book-built issue that will open on August 10 and close on August 12. It comprises a fresh issue of 2.48 million shares worth Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 9.17 million shares worth Rs 739.70 crore. The price band is Rs 768-807 per share, with a lot size of 18 shares. Retail investors need Rs 14,526 to apply for one lot at the upper price band. At least, 35 per cent of the net offer is reserved for retail investors. Eligible employees will get a Rs 76 per share discount. The shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 17.
Molbio Diagnostics develops point-of-care molecular diagnostic solutions and is known for its Truenat portable PCR platform. The company serves customers in more than 90 countries. In FY26, the company’s revenue rose to Rs 1,455.17 crore from Rs 1,027.94 crore in FY25, while profit after tax (PAT) increased to Rs 164.14 crore from Rs 138.58 crore.
The IPO proceeds will mainly fund R&D infrastructure and equipment purchases for its Goa and Visakhapatnam facilities. The latest GMP of Rs 130 indicates an estimated listing price of Rs 937, or a potential gain of 16.11 per cent over the upper issue price.
Dhoot Transmission IPO
Dhoot Transmission IPO is a Rs 3,066.89 crore book-built issue that will open on August 10 and close on August 12. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 16.08 million shares worth Rs 1,400 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 19.14 million shares worth Rs 1,666.89 crore. The price band is Rs 829-871 per share. The lot size is 17 shares, which means retail investors need Rs 14,807 to apply at the upper price band. At least 35 per cent of the net issue is reserved for retail investors. The shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 17.
Dhoot Transmission makes wiring harnesses, battery packs, sensors, electronic controllers, switches and connectors for automotive and other applications. It is among the top two players in India’s two-wheeler and three-wheeler wiring harness market, with a 41 per cent market share.
The company has nearly 70 per cent share in the electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler segment. About 95 per cent of its automotive portfolio is EV-focused or powertrain-neutral.
The company’s revenue rose 31 per cent to Rs 4,563.70 crore in FY26 from Rs 3,472.24 crore in FY25. PAT increased 12 per cent to Rs 396.84 crore from Rs 353.89 crore.
Dhoot Transmission plans to use the IPO proceeds to repay debt, invest in subsidiaries for debt repayment, and set up new wiring harness plants in Haryana and Tamil Nadu. The latest GMP of Rs 247 points to an estimated listing price of Rs 1,118, indicating a potential gain of 28.36 per cent over the upper issue price.
Milky Mist Dairy Food IPO
Milky Mist Dairy Food seeks to raise Rs 1,553 crore through its book-built issue. It will open its IPO on August 11 and close on August 13. The IPO includes a fresh issue of 102.01 million shares worth Rs 1,428 crore and an OFS of 8.93 million shares worth Rs 125 crore. The price band is Rs 133-140 per share. The lot size is 107 shares. Retail investors need Rs 14,980 to apply at the upper price band. At least 35 per cent of the net offer is reserved for retail investors. The shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 18.
Milky Mist Dairy Food makes packaged dairy and food products under the Milky Mist brand. Its portfolio includes cheese, paneer, butter, curd, ghee, yogurt, ice cream, frozen foods and ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products. The company follows a farm-to-consumer model and has its own cold-chain network and distribution system.
The company’s revenue rose 34 per cent to Rs 3,145.01 crore in FY26 from Rs 2,354.79 crore in FY25. PAT jumped 176 per cent to Rs 127.01 crore from Rs 46.07 crore.
Milky Mist plans to use the IPO proceeds to repay debt, expand and modernise its Perundurai manufacturing facility, and deploy coolers and freezers for its products. The latest GMP of Rs 24 points to an estimated listing price of Rs 164, indicating a potential gain of 17.14 per cent over the upper issue price.
Shiprocket IPO
Shiprocket is set to launch its Rs 1,617.48 crore IPO on August 12, with the issue closing on August 14. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 91.30 million shares worth Rs 885.50 crore and an OFS of 75.46 million shares worth Rs 731.98 crore. The price band is Rs 92-97 per share. The lot size is 154 shares. Retail investors need Rs 14,938 to apply at the upper price band. Not more than 10 per cent of the net offer is reserved for retail investors. The shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 19.
Shiprocket is an e-commerce enablement platform that helps micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), direct to customer (D2C) brands, and retailers manage online and offline businesses. It started as a shipping platform and now offers fulfilment, cargo, cross-border shipping, omnichannel commerce, advertising, marketing and merchant solutions. During FY26, the company served customers across 146 countries.
The company’s revenue rose 24 per cent to Rs 2,077.42 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,674.82 crore in FY25. Its loss widened to Rs 79.25 crore from Rs 74.45 crore.
Shiprocket plans to use the IPO proceeds for marketing, technology infrastructure, repayment of borrowings and potential acquisitions. The latest grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 14 points to an estimated listing price of Rs 111, indicating a potential gain of 14.43 per cent over the upper issue price.
Behari Lal Engineering IPO
Behari Lal Engineering is set to launch its Rs 301.62 crore IPO on August 12, with the issue closing on August 14. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 3.26 million shares worth Rs 93 crore and an OFS of 7.32 million shares worth Rs 208.62 crore. The price band is Rs 271-285 per share. The lot size is 52 shares, and retail investors need Rs 14,820 to apply at the upper price band. At least 35 per cent of the offer is reserved for retail investors. The shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on August 19.
The company manufactures precision-engineered iron and steel products, such as metal rolls, engineering castings, alloy steel products, forging ingots and shafts. The company serves industries including steel, mining, power and sugar. It had 1,825 domestic and international customers as on March 31, 2026, while its order book stood at Rs 178.57 crore as on May 31.
The company’s revenue rose 6 per cent to Rs 546.52 crore in FY26 from Rs 516.30 crore in FY25. PAT increased 22 per cent to Rs 64.64 crore from Rs 52.95 crore.
Behari Lal Engineering plans to use the IPO proceeds mainly to buy new machinery and equipment, install rooftop solar panels, and repay borrowings. The latest GMP of Rs 30 points to an estimated listing price of Rs 315, indicating a potential gain of 10.53 per cent over the upper issue price.
Mainboard IPO Listings Next Week
Three mainboard IPOs are lined up for allotment and listing next week. Ardee Industries’ Rs 425.87 crore IPO is expected to be allotted on August 10, with the shares set to list on the NSE and BSE on August 12. Technocraft Ventures’ Rs 251.88 crore IPO will close on August 11. Its allotment is expected on August 12, with listing scheduled for August 14. The Rs 2,480 crore LEAP India IPO will also close on August 11, with allotment on August 12 and NSE and BSE listing on August 14.
SME IPOs To Open Next Week
Four SME IPOs are scheduled to open for subscription next week across the BSE SME and NSE Emerge platforms. Sham Foam will open on August 11 and close on August 13, while Fascinate Textiles will also open on August 11 and close on August 13. Q&T Foods and Pramodini Medicare will open on August 12 and close on August 14.
SME IPO Listings Next Week
The SME segment will also see five listings next week. Anawil Wire & Engineering is scheduled to list on the NSE SME on August 10, followed by Aegeus Technologies on the BSE SME on August 11. G.V. Electricals will list on the BSE SME on August 12, while LAPL Automotive is set to debut on the BSE SME on August 13. Optimystix Entertainment will make its NSE SME debut on August 14.
