As of early 2025, the total area under development totals about 11 million square feet. As a result, approximately 5 million square feet have been completed since 2024, a significant increase from 3 million square feet in 2024, the Indian Express reported.
A Look At the Trajectory Of Tribeca Developers
In March 2025, The Trump Organization and its Indian partner, Tribeca Developers, launched six major real estate projects across six cities. Three of these, located in Pune, Gurugram, and Hyderabad, cover 4.3 million square feet and have proceeded to launch within eight months. Collectively, these projects contribute to an estimated sale value of at least Rs 15,000 crore, according to project announcements. The earlier 3 million square feet represent projects developed through 2024.
The Trump Organization does not undertake direct construction in India. Instead, it licenses its brand to local developers, receiving upfront fees or a share typically between 3 per cent and 5 per cent of project sales. The model delivers the brand with a financial buffer and creates opportunities for developers to sell units at highly lucrative rates, relying on the Trump name as a bargaining chip for higher prices.
Trump’s Projects in Six Cities
The projects are across six prominent cities of Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The has a blend of luxury residential towers, branded hotels and at least one commercial development in Pune launched in March 2025. Almost all of these are high‑end luxury developments, with apartments and condo units priced well above the top end of the local scale, as per various media reports.
Till 2024, the Trump Organization had tied up on seven projects in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Gurugram that fetched it at least Rs 175 crore from licensing fees.
The financial terms surrounding the six new projects were not clearly defined at the time of announcement, but with a projected value of Rs 15,000 crore there is plenty of licensing and fee revenue on offer.
Once all announced projects reach completion, the brand’s footprint is expected to stand at approximately 11 million square feet. This expansion signals aggressive growth. Given the typical licensing fee structure, either a flat fee or 3–5 per cent of sales anticipated revenue from these ventures could scale proportionally to the final sales achieved.
