The global crypto market decreased on Tuesday, with the total market cap down by 0.49 per cent to $2.71 trillion. The total trading volume was up by 9.26 per cent to $72.91 billion.

Bitcoin BTC was the most trending cryptocurrency. It was down by 0.49 per cent to $83,038.39. Its 24-hour trading volume was $24.12 billion. PancakeSwap CAKE was the top gainer. It was up by 24.60 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $1.02 billion. Pi PI was the top loser. It was down by 18.35 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $477.25 million.

DeFi was up by 2.76 per cent to $5.73 billion, Coinmarketcap.com reported.

Bitcoin (BTC): Bitcoin was down by 0.49 per cent to $83,038.39. Its 24-hour trading volume was $24.12 billion. It is currently ranked number 1 on Coinmarketcap, based on market cap. Bitcoin’s market dominance was 60.40 per cent.

Ethereum (ETH): Ethereum was up by 0.33 per cent to $1,902.53. Its 24-hour trading volume was $10.3 billion, and its market dominance was 13.3 per cent.

Tether: Tether USDT was trading at $1.00. It was up by 0.03 per cent. Its 24-hour trading volume was $56.44 billion. It is currently ranked third on Coinmarketcap.
