The selected candidate will be required to perform tasks other than the day-to-day office work. The scope of work includes analysing salary and pay structures, allowance, pension, etc., reviewing the existing emolument structure, and conducting legal research. A critical part of their responsibility involves gathering data from reports and surveys to identify trends on demographic and economic trends.
They will also coordinate with various ministries and government departments to collate data and estimate the fiscal impact of the proposed changes.
What Salary Will They Get?
The Commission has classified the roles into three distinct categories (senior consultant, consultants, and young professionals) based on experience and age as of April 1, 2026.
