Ardee Industries initial public offering (IPO) was worth Rs 425.87 crore. The non-ferrous metal scrap recycler’s issue consisted of a fresh issue of 60.4 million shares aggregating to Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 20 million shares worth Rs 105.87 crore. The price band was fixed at Rs 50-53 per share.

The IPO was oversubscribed 133.66 times during its subscription period from August 5-August 7, 2026. Investors across categories placed bids for over 7.80 billion shares compared to the net offer size of 58.4 million shares.
The non-institutional investors (NII) quota was booked 255.24 times, while the retail investor category was booked 45.71 times. The issue was booked 197.77 times in the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category.

The promoters of the recycling company include Sandeep Aggarwal, Nikunj Aggarwal, and Esha Gupta. Following the listing of the stock, their shareholding will reduce from 91.48 per cent before the public issue to 67.62 per cent.
