The initial public offering (IPO) of Fractal Analytics entered its second day of subscription window on February 10, 2026. The artificial intelligence firm opened its subscription window on February 9 and the applications will close on February 11.
So far, the investors have applied for 2.12 million shares, subscribing 11 per cent of the total 18.58 million shares on offer. Retail investors led the subscription at 47 per cent, applying for 1.51 million shares against the 3.24 million shares reserved for them. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) subscribed 10 per cent of their quota, subscribing for 483,584 shares out of 4.86 million shares reserved for them. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) have so far subscribed only for 1,344 shares out of 9.71 million shares reserved for them.
Fractal Analytics IPO Details
Fractal Analytics is looking to raise Rs. 2,833.90 crore in a book-built public issue. This marks it as the biggest capital raise by a company through a public issue so far this year. The issue includes a fresh issue of 11.37 million shares amounting to Rs. 1,023.5 crore along with an offer-for-sale (OFS) segment of 20.12 million shares of Rs. 1,810.4 crore.
The company has set the price band for the issue at Rs 857-900 per share, and a lot size of 16 shares at one go. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors need to invest a minimum of Rs. 14,400 to apply for the public issue.
The company is likely to finalise its share allotment on February 12, and the stock is likely to be listed on both the NSE and the BSE on February 16. Kotak Mahindra Capital and Axis Capital are the book-running lead managers and MUFG Intime India is the registrar to the issue.
Fractal Analytics IPO GMP Today
The grey market premium (GMP) of the Fractal Analytics IPO is Rs 8. If the company was listed on the exchanges at the current GMP, the listing price will be Rs. 908, higher than the upper end of the price band at the issue. This indicates strong investor appetite for the company’s shares.
Fractal Analytics IPO Objectives
Fractal Analytics plans to use Rs. 1,023.50 crore of funds from the proceeds towards strengthening its balance sheet and funding growth. A portion of the proceeds will also be invested back in its subsidiary, Fractal USA, to repay or make prepayment on its borrowings. The proceeds will also be used for buying laptops, setting up new offices in India, and towards research and development, sales and marketing of Fractal Alpha business. The remainder of the funds will be used towards acquisitions, other strategic initiatives, and general corporate purposes.
