Juniper Green Energy IPO Allotment Today: The basis of allotment for the Juniper Green Energy initial public offering (IPO) is expected to be finalised today, August 4, 2026. Investors who applied for the Rs 1,800 crore public issue can check whether they have received shares through the websites of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), or the IPO registrar, KFin Technologies.

The shares of Juniper Green Energy are scheduled to be credited to successful applicants' demat accounts on August 5, while refunds for unsuccessful bidders are also expected to be initiated the same day. The stock is tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on August 6.

The renewable energy company's IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 80.01 million shares aggregating to Rs 1,800 crore. The company had fixed the price band at Rs 214-225 per share, with a lot size of 66 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors were required to invest a minimum of Rs 14,850.

Juniper Green Energy IPO Subscription Details

Juniper Green Energy's IPO, which opened for subscription on July 30 and closed on August 3, was subscribed 8.38 times overall.

The qualified institutional buyers (QIB) portion led the demand, receiving bids for 26.22 times the shares reserved for the category. The non-institutional investor (NII) quota was subscribed 1.92 times, while the retail investor portion was subscribed 0.98 times. The employee quota was subscribed 3.79 times.

Juniper Green Energy IPO GMP Today

The grey market premium (GMP) for Juniper Green Energy IPO stood at around Rs 9.50 on August 4, indicating an estimated listing price of around Rs 234.5 per share, or a premium of about 4.22 per cent over the issue price, according to websites that track such trades.
