Based on the most recent trends in GMP, demand for the company’s shares is muted. The stock is likely to list at Rs 434.5 apiece on the NSE and BSE based on the GMP trend. The listing is expected to net investors a gain of 2.24 per cent over the upper end of the price band.

Lohia Corp IPO Subscription On Day 3

On the third and final day of subscription, the IPO witnessed steady interest across investor categories. At the time of writing, the company had received bids for 69.43 million shares against the 14.35 million shares available for bidding under the net offer, leading to an overall subscription of 4.84 times.

Retail individual investors showed strong participation, booking their reserved quota 2.31 times as they applied for 5.93 million shares compared to the 2.57 million shares offered for subscription. Employees of the company booked their quota 1.36 times by applying for 2,72,860 shares compared to the 2,00,000 shares offered for subscription. Non-institutional investors placed bids for 25.32 million shares compared to the 3.85 million shares set aside for the category, booking their quota 6.56 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers booked their quota 7.58 times, applying for 58.51 million shares compared to the 7.71 million shares set aside for the category.

Lohia Corp IPO Issue Size

Lohia Corp seeks to raise Rs 1,101.28 crore from its public issue. The issue is entirely an offer for sale consisting of a total of 25.9 million equity shares on offer, meaning the proceeds will go to the selling shareholders rather than the company.

Lohia Corp IPO Price Band

The Lohia Corp IPO price band was fixed at Rs 404 to Rs 425 per share. The minimum lot size for retail individual investors was set at 35 shares, which translates to a minimum investment of Rs 14,875 at the upper end of the price band.

Lohia Corp IPO Subscription Dates and Listing Date

The subscription window opened on July 23 and is set to close on July 27. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28. Lohia Corp will initiate refunds and credit shares to the demat accounts of successful applicants on July 29. The company shares are tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on July 30.

Lohia Corp posted a total income of Rs 1,737.87 crore for the period ended March 31, 2026. This represents a solid increase of 25 per cent compared to the Rs 1,386.47 crore reported in the preceding fiscal year. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 193.45 crore, rising by 64 per cent from Rs 117.84 crore in the previous fiscal year.

MUFG Intime India Private is serving as the registrar for the issue, while Equirus Capital is the book-running lead manager overseeing the offering.

The promoters of the company are Raj Kumar Lohia, Gaurav Lohia and Amit Kumar Lohia. Prior to the offering, the promoter group held a significant 95.61 per cent stake in the company, which will reduce to 75.24 per cent following the issue.
