Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) applied for 1.97 million shares compared to the 2.17 million shares set aside for the category, booking their quota 91 per cent.

Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) applied for 14 million shares compared to the 1.08 million shares set aside for the category, leading to the issue being booked 12.88 times in the NII category. Retail individual investors drove the demand for the company’s shares as they booked their quota 36.95 times, applying for 26.78 million shares compared to the 7,24,999 shares set aside for the category.

MV Electrosystems seeks to raise Rs 290 crore from its public issue. The company's issue is entirely a fresh issue of 6.82 million shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.
