Shah Investor's Home IPO
Shah Investor's Home's public issue is set to open for subscription on September 28 and close on September 30. The finalisation of share allotment is expected to take place on October 1, with the shares credited into the demat accounts of successful bidders on October 5.
The bid amount will be refunded to unsuccessful applicants the same day. The retail broking company is expected to list its shares on both the BSE and the NSE on October 6.
The price band for this offering is in the range of Rs 159-167 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 85 shares, which amounts to Rs 14,195. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 5.39 million shares aggregating to Rs 90.17 crore.
Shah Investor's Home provides a range of financial services, including equity and derivatives brokerage, mutual fund distribution, margin funding, and stock lending and borrowing under the brand "Shah Investors".
SRIT India IPO
The public issue of SRIT India is set to open for subscription on September 28 and close on September 30. The finalisation of share allotment is expected to take place on October 1, with refunds to unsuccessful bidders and allotment to successful bidders scheduled for October 5. The shares are expected to list on both the NSE and the BSE on October 6.
The price band for this offering is established between Rs 123 and Rs 130 per share. Retail investors can apply by bidding for a minimum lot size of 115 shares, which amounts to Rs 14,950.

Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO
Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO is set to open its public issue for subscription on September 30. The public issue will close on October 5. The finalisation of share allotment is expected to take place on October 6. Refunds and demat credits will happen on October 7.
The jewellery company is expected to list its shares on the exchanges on October 8. The price band for this offering is established between Rs 70 and Rs 75 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 200 shares, which amounts to Rs 15,000. The Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 14.45 million shares aggregating to Rs 108.35 crore.
Nityas Gems & Jewellery is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sale of lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery, serving B2B clients and operating D2C omnichannel retail through its brand Ayaani.
Vishal Nirmiti IPO
Vishal Nirmiti is set to open its public issue for subscription on September 30. The public issue will close on October 5. The finalisation of share allotment is expected to take place on October 6. Refunds and demat credits will happen on October 7.
The engineering and construction company is expected to list its shares on the exchanges on October 8. The price band for this offering is established between Rs 208 and Rs 220 per share.
Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 68 shares, which amounts to Rs 14,960. The Vishal Nirmiti IPO is a combination of a fresh issue worth Rs 145 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) to raise Rs 33 crore, totalling up to Rs 178 crore.
Vishal Nirmiti is primarily engaged in civil engineering, manufacturing Pre-Stressed Concrete (PSC) sleepers for railways, and providing EPC services for various infrastructure projects.
