IT solutions provider Xtranet Technologies' public issue opened for subscription today, on July 23. The company’s public issue is slated to close for subscription on July 27.

On the first day of subscription, the issue has been booked 61 per cent across categories at the time of writing. Here are some key details of the public issue which applicants should know before applying for the Xtranet Technologies IPO:

Xtranet Technologies IPO has been subscribed 61 per cent so far on the first day of subscription. Cumulatively, investors have bid for 5.57 million shares compared to the 9.19 million shares set aside for investors.Retail individual investors (RIIs) booked their quota 1.04 times by placing bids for 4.76 million shares against the 4.59 million shares set aside for their category.

Meanwhile, at the time of writing, qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) have booked their quota of 1 per cent, applying for 15,840 shares compared to the 2.62 million shares set aside for the category. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) booked their quota 40 per cent, applying for 7,93,760 shares compared to the 1.97 million shares set aside for the category.

Xtranet Technologies IPO GMP

Shares of Xtranet Technologies are currently commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of Rs 10 above the upper end of the price band. Based on the upper price band of Rs 127 and the current GMP trends, shares of the company are expected to list at Rs 137 apiece, indicating an estimated listing premium of 7.87 per cent. Xtranet Technologies IPO issue size aggregates to Rs 166.80 crore and consists entirely of a fresh issue of 13.13 million shares. There is no offer for sale (OFS) component.The price band for the Xtranet Technologies IPO has been fixed at Rs 120 to Rs 127 per share. Retail individual investors (RIIs) can apply for the IT solutions provider's public issue by placing bids for 110 shares or 1 lot, aggregating to a minimum investment of Rs 13,970 at the upper price band.

Xtranet Technologies will finalise the share allotment status of the public issue on July 28. Successful applicants will receive shares of Xtranet Technologies in their demat accounts on July 29.

Refunds will be issued for unsuccessful applicants on July 29 as well. Shares of Xtranet Technologies will tentatively list on the BSE and NSE on July 30.

Xtranet Technologies: Key Financials

The IT solutions provider's total income for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, stood at Rs 366.01 crore, growing by 32 per cent year-on-year compared to Rs 276.53 crore. The company’s profit-after-tax for the same period stood at Rs 40.73 crore, increasing by 36 per cent compared to Rs 30.03 crore in the preceding fiscal. The net worth of the company grew to Rs 136.01 crore compared to Rs 95.49 crore.

Xtranet Technologies IPO: Reservation

A major part of the public issue has been set aside for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and Retail investors. As much as 35 per cent of the offer size is reserved for the Retail category, 15 per cent has been set aside for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and the remaining is allocated to QIBs (including the anchor investor portion).

Xtranet Technologies: Promoters

The promoters of the company include Sukhbir Singh Kukreja, Jogendrapal Singh Alagh, and Shiney Sukhbir. Since the IPO is entirely a fresh issue, the promoters are not paring their shares, though their pre-issue holding of 83.63 per cent will reduce to 62.63 per cent once the stock lists.

Xtranet Technologies IPO: Objective

The company plans to use the net proceeds of the public issue to meet working capital requirements, for the repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings and for capital expenditure for systems and hardware. The proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes.
