Under this scheme, the women eligible will receive a sum between Rs 1000 and Rs 1,500, depending on their category and updates announced by the government. This assistance is aimed at helping women manage essential needs that can, in turn, strengthen household finances.
This scheme was launched by the former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in 2023, and it quickly became one of the most impactful schemes in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Millions of women enrolled from rural and urban regions. The vision behind this was to enhance financial independence among women.
Once CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan started his term, this scheme was continued, and it witnessed a strengthening in implementation. Under his leadership, the instalments have been released on time, and even the amount was increased in phases to ensure the assistance remains meaningful.
When Will the 31st Installment Arrive?
The Madhya Pradesh government has confirmed that the 31st installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana will be credited soon, with CM Mohan Yadav set to transfer Rs 1,500 directly into beneficiaries’ accounts. The instalment date is expected to fall in the first half of the upcoming month, following the pattern of previous disbursements, which typically arrive between the 5th and 10th.

But the CM confirms that the 31st instalment will be transferred on December 09, 2025. He will himself officiate it in Rajnagar, Chhatarpur district, at Sati ki Madhiya as per Zee News.
The beneficiaries will receive an SMS from the bank once the amount is credited. They can confirm the payment status through the official Ladli Behna portal.
