Subrata Ghosh, Director of Stragility Consulting Pvt. Ltd is a qualified CMA. He has an impressive docket of experience – a 30 –year long career across myriad domains such as auditing, risk management and advisory, fundraising, outsourced accounting, implementation and improvement of systems and processes and overall SME consulting across various verticals like Aviation, Technology & E-commerce, Hospitality, Steel, FMCG, Banking & NBFC.

He has led various assignments on Preparation of Risk Control Matrix and Evaluation of Internal Financial & Operation Control; Development of Process Control Parameters and Management Reporting Systems; Process Migration and Implementation of ERP; Verification of Fixed Assets across multiple locations to ascertain and advise on the correct book value of assets; and Development of parameters to capture asset utilization.
