Preference Location Charges (PLC):
Park-facing, corner plots, or those on wider roads incur additional charges of 5 per cent to 15 per cent of the premium.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be an Indian citizen.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Can apply individually or as a joint applicant (limited to immediate family).
Only one application per applicant is allowed under one category.
The applicant or their family should not have been allotted a residential plot in the past by the Noida Authority.

Payment Terms
The payment plan allows flexibility:
10 per cent at the time of application
20 per cent within 30 days of allotment
The remaining 70 per cent can be paid in instalments within 60 days
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If an applicant decides to withdraw from the scheme, YEIDA has set clear rules regarding the timing of withdrawal and refund processing:
Withdrawal Before the Draw:
Applicants can withdraw before the date of the draw by submitting a written request to the authority.
In this case, the registration money will be refunded in full, without any deductions.
The refund will be processed after the draw is conducted, not immediately upon withdrawal.
