On the day that the Trump Residences Gurugram was launched, it sold out, generating bookings of Rs 3,250 crore in the process, ANI reported. The project opened on April 16, with a significant chunk of sales, about Rs 150 crore, coming from its premium penthouses.
Comprising 298 high-end units spread across two 51-storey towers, the development is situated in one of the capital region’s most active luxury housing corridors. Unit prices ranged from Rs 8 crore to Rs 15 crore. Sales of penthouses alone brought in Rs 125 crore, ANI reported.

Pankaj Bansal, founder of Smartworld Developers, credited the tremendous response to the increasing demand for global-grade homes.
This means that there are two Trump-branded residential projects in North India. The first, Trump Towers Delhi-NCR, based in Gurugram, was launched in 2018 and is already fully occupied. It is expected that the project will be handed over later this month, according to ANI.
