After the Indian primary market’s stellar run in 2024, the new calendar year is likely to see continued momentum. In the first nine days of 2025 itself, companies have raised as much as Rs 1,064 crore via public issues.

The primary market is set to experience continued exuberance on January 9 as five public issues will close for subscription. The share allotment status of Standard Glass Lining IPO and Indobell Insulation IPO will also be finalised today. Additionally, the D-street debut of Davin Sons Retail Limited and Parmeshwar Metal Limited is also set to keep investors engaged.

Here’s a look at all the primary market action which is scheduled to happen on January 9:

1. Parmeshwar Metal Shares Make Strong Debut

Parmeshwar Metal shares made a strong debut on the BSE SME platform on January 9. Parmeshwar Metal shares are listed on the BSE at Rs. 84.5 apiece, up by 38.52 per cent compared to the issue price of Rs. 61 apiece.

Retail investors who were allotted at least one lot or 2000 shares would have made a profit of Rs. 47,000 (Rs. 84.5 - Rs. 61 x 2000) after the stock started trading. As many as 16.42 lakh shares of Parmeshwar Metal traded hands on the BSE after the market opened. The total market capitalisation of Parmeshwar Metal Ltd. stood at Rs. 135.79 crore.

Parmeshwar Metal Ltd. is a manufacturer of copper wire and rods. The company recycles copper scrap to make its products which are manufactured in Dehgam, Gujarat. The products made by the company are used for making power cables, building wires, transformers and automotive components.

2. Davin Sons Retail Shares Make Weak Debut

Davin Sons Retail Ltd. shares made a weak debut on the BSE SME platform on January 9. Davin Sons Retail shares are listed Rs. 44 apiece, down by 20 per cent compared to the issue price of Rs. 55 apiece.

As many as 1.94 lakh shares of the company changed hands on the BSE after the stock began to trade. The total market capitalisation of Davin Sons Retail Ltd. stood at Rs. 24.31 crore.

Davin Sons Retail Ltd. was incorporated in March 2022. The company manufactures and designs a range of apparel products such as readymade garments, including jeans, denim jackets, and shirts for other brands. The company is also engaged in the distribution of FMCG products.

3. B.R.Goyal Infrastructure IPO Day 3

B.R.Goyal Infrastructure IPO (B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd IPO) was oversubscribed 22.37 times on the final day of subscription at 12 noon. B.R.Goyal Infrastructure IPO was booked 31.3 times in the retail category and 23.51 times in the NII category at 12 noon. The issue was booked 7.55 times in the QIB category and 82 per cent in the employees category.

B.R.Goyal IPO is worth Rs. 85.21 crore and consists of a completely fresh issuance of 63.12 lakh shares. The SME issue’s share allotment status will be finalised by January 10. The tentative listing date for B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd. shares is January 14. Shares of B.R.Goyal Infrastructure Ltd. will be listed on the BSE SME platform.

BR Goyal Infrastructure Ltd was incorporated in 2005. The company is engaged in the construction of infrastructure projects like roads, highways, bridges and buildings. The company’s business is subdivided into five verticals Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) services, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturing, Wind power generation, Toll Collection Contracting (TCC) and Residential Plotting Projects.

4. Delta Autocorp IPO Day 3

Delta Autocorp IPO (Delta Autocorp Ltd IPO) was oversubscribed 108.09 times on the final day of subscription as of 12:17 PM. Delta Autocorp IPO was booked 161.6 times in the retail category and 104.77 times in the NII category. The issue was booked 16.86 times in the QIB category.

Delta Autocorp IPO is worth Rs. 54.6 crore and consists of a fresh issue of 38.88 lakh shares amounting to Rs. 50.54 crore and an offer for sale of 3.12 lakh shares aggregating to Rs. 4.06 crores. The NSE SME issue’s share allotment status is likely to be finalised on January 10. The tentative listing date for Delta Autocorp Ltd shares is January 14. Shares of Delta Autocorp Ltd. will be listed on the NSE SME platform.

The company was incorporated in 2016 and is a manufacturer and seller of electric vehicles two-wheelers and three-wheelers EVs. The company sells its vehicles under the brand name ‘Deltic’

5. Quadrant Future Tek IPO Day 3

Quadrant Future Tek IPO (Quadrant Future Tek Ltd. IPO) was oversubscribed 78.67 times on the final day of subscription at 12:31 PM. Quadrant Future Tek IPO was booked 183.54 times in the retail category and 152.59 times in the NII category. The issue was booked 6.76 times in the QIB category and 37.77 times in the employees category.

Quadrant Future Tek IPO is worth Rs 290 crore and comprises a fresh issuance of 1 crore. The mainboard issue’s share allotment status is likely to be finalised on January 10. The tentative listing date for Quadrant Future Tek Ltd. shares is January 14. Shares of Quadrant Future Tek Ltd. will be listed on the NSE and BSE.

Quadrant Future Tek Ltd was incorporated in September 2015. The company develops train control and signalling systems for the Indian Railways' KAVACH project. The company also has a speciality cable manufacturing facility.

6. Avax Apparels And Ornaments IPO Day 3

Avax Apparels And Ornaments IPO (Avax Apparels And Ornaments Ltd. IPO) was oversubscribed 141.47 times on the final day of subscription at 12:36 PM. Avax Apparels And Ornaments IPO was booked 234.32 times in the retail category and 48.6 times in the NII category. The issue was booked 157.05 times. QIB’s placed bids for 4,000 shares.

Avax Apparels And Ornaments IPO is worth Rs 1.92 crore and comprises a fresh issuance of 2.74 lakh shares. The BSE SME issue’s share allotment status is likely to be finalised on January 10. The tentative listing date for Enviro Infra Engineers Limited’s shares is January 14. Shares of Avax Apparels And Ornaments will be listed on the BSE SME platform.

Avax Apparels And Ornaments Ltd. was incorporated in June 2005. The company is involved in wholesale trading and online retail of silver ornaments.

7. Share Allotment Status Of Two IPOs To Be Finalised

The share allotment status of Indobell Insulation IPO and Standard Glass Lining Technology IPO will be finalised on January 9. The tentative listing date for Indobell Insulation and  Standard Glass Lining Technology’ shares is January 13. Standard Glass Lining Technology shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE and on the other hand, Indobell Insulation shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform.
