Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has launched the Aditya Birla Sun Life Conglomerate Fund, an open-ended diversified equity scheme focused on the conglomerate theme.

NFO Details

Aditya Birla Sun Life Conglomerate Fund's NFO starts on December 5 and closes on December 19, 2024. Once the NFO period ends, the scheme will reopen for continuous buying and selling within five business days from the date units are allotted.

The minimum investment amount for both lump sum and Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) is Rs 100 with subsequent investments allowed in multiples of Re 1. The exit load is 0.50 per cent for redemption or switch-out within 90 days from the date of allotment, and Nil after 90 days.

The Aditya Birla Sun Life Conglomerate Fund says that it aims for long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies that follow the conglomerate theme. While the fund targets growth, there is no guarantee of returns, and the achievement of the investment objective is not assured.

The fund follows an active investment strategy, focusing on companies within India’s leading conglomerates. It will invest in a minimum of four conglomerates, with diversified exposure to various groups. The asset allocation includes 80-100 per cent in conglomerate companies, up to 20 per cent in non-conglomerate equity, and a portion in debt instruments and REITs/INVITs for added diversification, according to Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC.
