Extension and Key Timeline Updates
This scheme was originally launched on January 6, 2026, and has now been extended till 6 pm on February 20, 2026 for registration and earnest money deposit (EMD). Applicants can submit their final applications by February 23, 2026, and the results of the e-auction scheduled date are expected to be announced by February 26. However, the tentative dates are now expected to fall between March 2 and March 5.
DDA has said that the extension is aimed at ensuring a wider participation and providing applicants with enough time to complete the online registrations and documentation process more smoothly.
The scheme offers a total of 582 residential flats along with a standalone car and scooter garage. The homes are spread over multiple locations across Delhi, which helps open the opportunity to a wider mass of aspiring homebuyers.
The homes cater to the high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), low-income group (LIG), Janta Flats, and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) units. This mix of categories makes this scheme attractive to a wide range of buyers, be it first-time homebuyers or investors seeking housing in the national capital.

The major highlight of this scheme is the location of the listed flats. The units are situated in several prime and well-connected areas of Delhi, such as Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Rohini, Dwarka, Karol Bagh, Dilshad Garden, Ghazipar, and Loknayakpuram, among others. These areas offer access to modern and developed infrastructure, metro connectivity, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial hubs. HIG flats in Jasola: 15 units measuring 162.41 sq m with a price point of around Rs 2.14 crore.
SFS flats: One unit in Vasant Kunj priced at Rs 1.15 crore and another in Dwarka priced at Rs 1.21 crore.
MIG flats in Dwarka: 14 units ranging from 119.66 sq m to 129.98 sq m, priced between Rs 1.34 crore and Rs 1.45 crore.
Other HIG units: Located in Rohini, Ghazipur, and Dwarka, priced between Rs 98 lakh and Rs 1.21 crore.
MIG units across multiple areas: Starting from Rs 53 lakh up to Rs 1.45 crore.
LIG flats: Available in locations like Karol Bagh, Rohini, and Paschim Vihar, starting from Rs 19 lakh.
