Canara Robeco AMC IPO issue size aggregates to Rs 1,326.13 crore and consists of a fresh issue of 49.90 million shares. The price band has been fixed at Rs 253-266 per share. The minimum lot size to apply for retail investors has been set at one lot consisting of 56 shares aggregating to a minimum investment of Rs 14,896.

The allotment is expected to be determined on October 14, and successful bidders will receive the shares in their demat accounts on October 15. The shares are slated to list on the BSE and NSE on October 16.

Canara Robeco AMC’s total income for the June quarter of FY25 stood at Rs 121.34 crore, the company’s profit-after-tax (PAT) stood at Rs 60.98 crore and the company’s net worth stood at Rs 660.60 crore.

Canara Robeco AMC’s total income increased by over 26 per cent to Rs 404 crore in the financial year ending March 31, 2025 compared to Rs 318.78 crore in the preceding fiscal.
