Shares of Purple Style Labs (Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop) made their debut in the stock market on September 7, 2026, with a discount of nearly 7 per cent compared to the upper end of the price band.

On the BSE, the shares listed at Rs 539 per share, reflecting a discount of 6.2 per cent below the upper end of the price band of Rs 575. On the NSE, Purple Style Labs shares are listed at Rs 535 per share, indicating a discount of 6.95 per cent below the issue price.

Purple Style Labs IPO: Listing Day Gain

Applicants who were successfully allotted a minimum of one lot or 26 shares would have made a loss of around Rs 936 [(Rs 575 - Rs 539) x 26] after the stock listed on the exchanges. The company’s market capitalisation stood at an estimated Rs 4,315.29 crore following the strong listing. As many as 19,000 shares of the company changed hands after the stock listed.

Purple Style Labs’ public issue saw modest demand and was subscribed 1.29 times during its subscription period from August 31 to September 2, 2026. Investors across categories placed bids for 8.86 million shares compared to the net offer size of 6.84 million shares available.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their quota 1.43 times. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) booked their quota 84 per cent, while the retail investor quota was subscribed 1.58 times.

Purple Style Labs: Competitors

Purple Style Labs operates within the competitive multi-brand luxury omni-channel fashion market. Following the listing of its shares, Purple Style Labs will compete with other players in the domestic retail and luxury fashion space. However, the firm has no listed peers in India.

Purple Style Labs IPO: Objective

The company will use Rs 371.13 crore from the fresh issue for investment in its wholly owned subsidiary, PSL Retail, for lease liabilities of Experience Centers and back-end offices in India, and will allocate Rs 138.90 crore towards sales and marketing expenses, and Rs 103.13 crore for general corporate purposes, with the remaining Rs 66.84 crore designated for issue expenses.
