Force Motors Q1 Results
Force Motors announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 on July 23 after the market closed. The automotive company posted strong bottom-line and top-line growth in the June quarter.
The consolidated revenue from operations of Force Motors for Q1 FY 2025-26 increased by over 21 per cent to Rs 2297.25 crore compared to Rs 1884.9 crore in Q1 of FY 2024-25. Sequentially, Force Motors’ revenue from operations fell by over 2 per cent from Rs 2356.01 crore in the March quarter of FY 2024-25.
Force Motors’ consolidated profit-after-tax grew by over 52 per cent to Rs 176.36 crore in the quarter ended June 30 compared to Rs 115.73 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. On a quarter-on-quarter basis the automotive company’s consolidated profit-after-tax fell more than 59 per cent compared to Rs 434.74 crore in the March quarter of FY25.
Force Motors’ earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter under review also increased by more than 33 per cent in the June quarter to Rs 332 crore compared to the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal. The company’s EBITDA margin also increased to 14.4 per cent in the June quarter of FY26 compared to 13.2 per cent in the June quarter of FY25.
Force Motors also informed the exchanges via a separate filing that the company’s board of directors have approved the appointment of Anshul Saxena as a senior management personnel of the company. Force Motors mentioned in the release that Anshul Saxena will serve as the Vice President- Corporate Strategy of the company from July 23, 2025.
