In the first week of 2026, D-Street bore the brunt of these uncertainties. However, despite the uncertainty, the primary market is set to witness significant activity in the coming week.

The first mainboard listing of the new calendar year will take place this week. Additionally, one mainboard and five small and medium enterprise (SME) issues are set to open for subscription. Here are some of the key details of the public issues opening this week:

Amagi Media Labs IPO

The bidding window for Amagi Media Labs’ public issue is set to remain open from January 13-16. The share allotment status will be finalised on January 19 and the shares will list on the BSE and the NSE on January 21.

Amagi Media Labs seeks to raise Rs 1,788.62 crore through a fresh issue of 22.60 million shares aggregating to Rs 816 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 26.90 million shares aggregating to Rs 972.62 crore. The price band for Amagi Media Labs IPO has been fixed at Rs 343-361 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of 41 shares leading to a minimum investment of Rs 14,801.

Amagi Media Labs provides services related to cloud-based broadcast and connected TV technology. The company was founded in 2008 and provides end-to-end solutions for content creation, distribution, and monetisation across streaming platforms.

Bharat Coking Coal Listing

Bharat Coking Coal’s (BCCL’s) initial public offering (IPO) opened for subscription on January 9 and is scheduled to close on January 13. Bharat Coking Coal IPO's share allotment status will be decided on January 14 and the shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE on January 16.

So far, the Bharat Coking Coal IPO has been subscribed 8.08 times, receiving bids for 2.80 billion shares across categories compared to the 346.90 million shares set aside for subscription. Shareholders of the company booked their quota 10.86 times, employees of the company booked their quota 83 per cent, retail individual investors booked their quota 9.26 times and non-institutional investors (NIIs) booked their quota 16.39 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) booked their quota 30 per cent.

BCCL is a producer of coking coal, non-coking coal, and washed coal. As of September 30, 2025, the state-owned company operates a network of 34 operational mines.The company's primary product is coking coal, which it supplies to the steel and power industries.

Five SME Issues Set To Open For Bidding

As many as five SME issues are set to open for subscription in the coming week. Here’s a look at the details of the public issues:

Avana Electrosystems IPO

The bidding window for Avana Electrosystems public issue is set to open on January 12 and close on January 14. Shares of Avana Electrosystems will list on the NSE SME platform on January 19. Avana Electrosystems seeks to raise Rs 35.22 crore through a fresh issue of 5.20 million shares aggregating to Rs 30.54 crore and an OFS of 800,000 shares aggregating to Rs 4.68 crore. The Avana Electrosystems IPO price band was fixed at Rs 56-59 per share.

Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO

The bidding window for Narmadesh Brass Industries public issue is scheduled to open on January 12 and close on January 15. Shares of Narmadesh Brass Industries are set to list on the BSE SME Platform on January 20. Avana Electrosystems seeks to raise Rs 44.87 crore through a fresh issue of 700,000 shares amounting to Rs 36.09 crore and an OFS of 200,000 shares aggregating to Rs 8.78 crore. Avana Electrosystems IPO price has been fixed at Rs 515 per share.

INDO SMC IPO

The bidding window for INDO SMC public issue is set to open on January 13 and close on January 16. Shares of INDO SMC will list on the BSE SME platform on January 21. INDO SMC seeks to raise Rs 91.95 crore through a fresh issue of 6.20 million shares. INDO SMC IPO price band was fixed at Rs 141-149 per share.

GRE Renew Enertech IPO

The bidding window for the GRE Renew Enertech SMC public issue is set to open on January 13 and close on January 16. Shares of GRE Renew Enertech will list on the BSE SME platform on January 21. GRE Renew Enertech seeks to raise Rs 39.56 crore through a fresh issue of 3.80 million shares. GRE Renew Enertech IPO price band was fixed at Rs 100-105 per share.

Armour Security India IPO

The bidding window for Armour Security India public issue is scheduled to open on January 14 and close on January 19. Shares of Armour Security India are set to list on the NSE SME Emerge Platform on January 22. Armour Security India seeks to raise Rs 26.51 crore through a fresh issue of 4.70 million shares. Armour Security India IPO price band was fixed at Rs 55-57 per share.
