Promoters of the company held 88.74 per cent shareholding prior to the issue; post the issue, their shareholding will decrease to 75.4 per cent.

Horizon Industrial Parks has set the price band for its public issue at Rs 57 to Rs 60 per share. Retail investors can apply by placing bids for a minimum of 250 shares, which amounts to a minimum investment of Rs 15,000. Small non-institutional investors (sHNI) can bid for the issue by applying for a minimum of 14 lots or 3,500 shares, aggregating to Rs 2,10,000. Big non-institutional investors (bHNI) must bid for a minimum of 67 lots or 16,750 shares, amounting to Rs 10,05,000.

Horizon Industrial Parks IPO has been booked 2 per cent on the first day of subscription so far, as investors applied for 5.46 million shares compared to 251.35 million shares set aside for the category. Retail individual investors placed bids for 4.76 million shares compared to the 45.52 million shares booked for the issue, 10 per cent in their category. Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) placed bids for 5,66,500 shares compared to the 68.28 million shares reserved for the category, leading to the issue being booked 1 per cent in the NII category. Qualified Institutional Buyers have not applied for any shares so far compared to the 136.57 million shares set aside for the category.

The current trends in the Grey Market Premium (GMP) for Horizon Industrial Parks shares indicate a premium of Rs 3.5 above the upper end of the price band.
